At Beelittle, the products go through certain quality checks before dispatch. In case you receive a defective /damaged product or you have changed your mind after buying, we are here to help you.
REPLACEMENT & RETURN PROCESS
- Please send us an email within 48 hours of receiving your product to email@example.com.
- Include your order number, description of the issue and a photo.
- Make sure to retain the original invoice/tags and
- Allow 1-2 business days for our team to get back to you and the return will be initiated by us to the address below:

In case of non- defective items
If you have changed your mind after buying and wish to return the products, you will be asked to return the product(s)
Once we receive the product(s) and on approval from our QC team, we will initiate a refund to your bank account(which was used for payment) which may take up to 4-5 business days to reflect in your account statement.
Please note: In case of non-defective items 8% of your order value will be taken as Replacements/returns expense
In case of defective/damaged item
If the product has a manufacturing defect. (i.e torn, stains, stitched incorrectly) , we can either offer a replacement product or a credit note. Return shipping will be borne by us.
- You must inform us within 48 hours of receipt.
Please note: Replacements/returns are not accepted if the return request is made outside the specified time frame.
On receipt of the product in the original condition, we will send a coupon code with the full amount to you in 3 to 5 working days. This Coupon Code will have a validity of 6 months from the day we give it to you and can be used only on our website.
In case of incomplete/wrong order
In case of an incomplete/wrong order sent by us, we will replace the order with the correct products. Return shipping will be borne by us.
Any items purchased during a flash/clearance sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location. You may change/cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped.
