Products must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
Original packaging with tags intact is mandatory.
Returns will not be accepted if tags are removed or items are washed.
3. Reverse Pickup Policy
Free reverse pickup for damaged or defective products only.
Free reverse pickup for exchange requests (size or product).
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Select item and submit request with reason.
Requests reviewed within 24–48 business hours.
6. Exchange & Refund Processing
Quality check within 1–2 business days after receipt.
Exchanges processed only after QC approval.
Exchange allowed only once per order.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
7. Refund Method
Bank refund: 2–10 business days to original payment method.
COD refunds via wallet or refund link sent to email.
8. Sale & Clearance Items
Sale and clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
9. Order Cancellation
